We publish engineering experience, consequential decisions, and ideas that have earned their place through work. Some pieces explain a principle. Others preserve a hard lesson, an experiment, or a change of mind.

Publish the learning.

Our governing principle is simple: publish the thesis, principles, evidence, and consequences. Protect the machinery.

A useful account makes clear what happened, what was observed, what was inferred, and what remains uncertain. Evidence has a scope and a time. We want readers to be able to tell the difference between a reported finding and an independently established result.

A record that can change.

Publishing a position does not make it permanent. When later work changes our thinking, we aim to preserve the earlier record and connect it to the current one. Substantive revisions should be visible.
